Group Fitness Classes

Group exercise classes are designed to encourage camaraderie and help people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their wellness goals. Join one of our group exercise classes today and discover the power of a healthy lifestyle.

Barre

This class combines Pilates, Yoga and Ballet for a complete low impact workout, blending standing exercises, light weights, and floor work.

Gentle Yoga

For those that want to build on their strength slowly, this class includes asanas (poses) that challenge targeted muscle groups such as the core, back, or glutes.

Seated Yoga

This class is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions using a chair and includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation.

Restorative Yoga

This class uses the entire body with props, allowing the student to experience gentle stretching along with deep relaxation.

Vinyasa Yoga

Unite movement and breath while practicing a deliberate sequence of standing, sitting and/or laying poses in a continuous flow to attain balance in the mind and body.

Tai Chi

This class offers a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches for all levels.

Balance and Strength

Balance training involves doing exercises that strengthen the muscles that help keep you upright, including your legs and core.

TRX Strength

TRX or Total Body Resistance exercise, is an advanced strength training class that uses suspension trainer equipment to build muscular strength and endurance, as well as improve cardiovascular endurance.

Gentle Strength

This class is a great way to increase your strength with a variety of toning exercises that use light weights and high reps for optimum results.

Strength and Stretch

This class helps strengthen and tone muscles without increasing bulk and improves posture and is considered a “low injury risk” class.

Morning Blend

This class combines cardio, toning and stretch exercises for a total body workout with light weights, standing and floor exercises.

Tone Every Zone

This class combines cardio, toning and stretch exercises for a total body workout with light weights, standing and floor exercises.

Tabata

A fast paced interval style training class that is completed in eight rounds. Each round has eight cycles. Each cycle is twenty-seconds of work followed by ten-seconds of rest.

Move & Groove

An aerobic dance format, this class is choreographed and easy to follow. Some people may say this class is Jazzercise in disguise.

Zumba

Join the party! A fun, moderate to high impact cardio workout with no equipment. An aerobic fitness class featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin inspired dance and enjoyed with Latin, American and world rhythms music.

Aquatic Exercises

Aquatic exercise classes build cardiovascular fitness and strength. Just like swimming, our water aerobics classes are easy on your joints, yet challenging enough to help you reach new levels of fitness. Because of their low-impact format, water aerobics classes are suitable for every age and fitness level, from beginning exercisers to elite athletes, and every level in between. Participants may bring and use their own water shoes and gloves.  Classes include:

Aqua Zumba

Pool party! All levels enjoy this fun, cardio style workout in the pool. This class is choreographed to a variety of music including Latin, world rhythms and American tunes.

Aqua Fit

This is a beginner to intermediate complete aquatic exercise class held in the shallow end of the pool. Swimming is not required. All participants will enjoy using the resistance of the water and aquatic exercise equipment for toning, cardio and core strengthening exercises

Aqua Yoga

This no-impact aqua exercise class is ideal for beginners and intermediate level participants. Learn a variety of water-based yoga exercises to increase physical activity among adults with arthritis with no impact to joints.

Aqua Tone

This is an intermediate aquatic exercise class focusing on small and large muscle groups to increase strength. Core and back strengthening are included, use of various aqua equipment.

AquaBata

This interval-style, high intensity aquatic fitness class challenges your strength while working every muscle group.
